Environmental Science

This system draws on a wide range of science-based disciplines and provides students with an understanding of environmental issues, how many the environment are related, and how acquired knowledge can be used to solve ecological problems. This includes competency in research as well as general practical skills. A number of the more important subjects addressed include ecological sciences, environmental politics and law, project evaluation and appraisal, decision making and conflict resolution. Electives can also be obtained in marine science, Australasian wild life, sustainable development, law and also the ecosystem, geographical information science, and more.
