In order to be accepted into the Flute Programme, applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to music and a high level of proficiency on the flute. All applicants must have a minimum of two years of flute playing experience and must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of music theory. Additionally, applicants must be able to read music and have a good sense of rhythm.
