The Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition is offered in the Ourimbah campus. The degree offers a solid background in the fundamentals underlying the sciences of food technology and human nutrition. This consists of the fundamental sciences, including both the chemistry and biology of nutrients and also the attributes of food, for example food commodities along with foods that are practical.
