Students of this class will: have the ability to demonstrate a broad and technical theoretical and technical knowledge in forensic science or from the use of science to legal topics; learn how to cross examine expert witnesses over a variety of forensic disciplines; in order to transmit knowledge, skills and ideas to all those involved with the legal system involving judges and juries; master forensic biology and chemistry to get criminal investigations; learn analytic techniques for collecting and examining trace evidence; specialisethrough electives, in selected areas of law with an emphasis on commercial law; qualify as a practicing lawyer; gain a broad theoretical and technical understanding of the subject of lawenforcement, suitable for entering the legal profession, becoming an urge, or undertaking related careers; and also fine tune their own ability to present ideas and comments effectively and convey within and across professional and cultural borders.
Entry for the course relies in an entry position. A position can be accomplished by a year 1-2 ATAR, additional Australian eligibility, work experience, or an international qualification.
