Global leadership addresses the need in society to educate and develop professionals capable of working in global or multicultural contexts, with the skills to think systemically, the awareness and sensitivity to accommodate intercultural differences.

The MA in Global Leadership is a two-year blended program designed to build and enhance globally minded leadership capabilities. Graduates will develop the competencies to; lead and manage change processes, build collaborative teams, create effective interagency partnerships, foster innovation and creativity, communicate results and work effectively and respectfully across cultures, generations, and contexts

Outcomes

Graduates will be able to apply practical tools and strategies to address issues, challenges, and opportunities related to global leadership including;

* Leading in a diverse global context,
* Driving sustainable change in complex environments, and
* Building global networks to support life-long learning, continued growth and development in the global context.

Audience

Working professionals in international non-government organizations, international government organizations, indigenous organizations, or other types of globally-based social purpose organizations (e.g., the United Nations) who want to develop or enhance their leadership capabilities in a global context, without sacrificing their career.

Standard Admission * Four year (or comparable) undergraduate degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution. * Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a global setting.Flexible Admission * To be considered for Flexible Admission, applicants would normally require a minimum of 10 years related experience*, with some at a senior level.
