Health Support Services

This qualification covers workers who provide aid for the effective functioning of healthcare care services. These functions are performed under supervision and require the use of some discretion and judgement. These workers can also provide a team leadership, workplace training or front function. These workers tend not to deliver direct care to clients. Regardless of licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to the qualification at the time of publication.
