High Energy Physics and Cosmology

The master's program is based on the unique program including in-depth training of theoretical physicists in gravitational physics, cosmology and relativistic astrophysics (the study of the structure and evolution of the universe, inflation, black holes, and so on).

The master's program includes the standard discipline of the course of theoretical physics, special courses in the specified direction of training, as well as courses on the relevant mathematical methods and techniques of computer modeling.

The master's program "High Energy Physics and Cosmology" includes the following main sections:

• Cosmological models in modified theories of gravity
• The problem of dark energy and dark matter
• The physics of black holes and wormholes
• Physics of axions
• Advanced theory of gravitation and electromagnetism
• Quantum effects in curved space-time
• Invariant-group methods in the theory of gravitation
• Astrophysics
• Neutrino Physics
