  • AQF Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree in a related field such as law, legal studies, industry, human resource management, industrial relations or qualitative psychology
  • Or AQF Grade 8 Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in related field such as law, legal studies, industry, human resource managementand industrial relations or organisational psychology
  • Or AQF Grade 7 Bachelor Degree in a related field such as law, legal studies, business, human resource managementand industrial relations or organisational psychology, and have at least one year relevant work experience
  • Or a AQF Grade 7 Bachelor Degree in a non-related field, and have at least 2 years relevant organisational experience
  • Or atleast seven years relevant qualitative experience, of which two years should have already been in a management position in law, employment relations or human resource management, for instance as: a line manager having substantial people-management responsibilities
  • An expert with experience in preparation, training or supervising the standard of skilled work
  • And like a manager or adviser in the HRM or ER field.
