This qualification reflects the use of an individual in a variety of information and communications technology (ICT) functions that have significant experience in specialist technical skills, or managerial company and people handling skills.Individuals in those functions carry out complex tasks in a specialist field, working independently, resulting in a team or perhaps a tactical leadership of a business. They employ their skills across a broad assortment of industries and company purposes, or being a business owner (sole trader/contractor).
