- Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in a company or related field
- OR Successful completion of a recognised non small business award (Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) geared toward providing the student with professional skills that include a systematic vulnerability to disciplines such as industrial associations and human resource management, job management, financial managementand marketing, economics, e mail or strategic direction plus no less than 6 weeks job experience
- OR Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in an unrelated field plus a minimum of 2 years full-time employment experience at a managerial role.
