This system aims to encourage thoughtful professionals, economists and policymakers who know the complexity of worldwide development, and who is able to effectively analyse and answer challenges. This knowledge requires students to become more familiar with the foundation of development practice and thinking, and have up to date comprehension of proper practice. Students will have direct connection with senior and seasoned development sector practitioners.
- Applicants should have successfully completed an undergraduate degree (or its equivalent) from the humanities and social sciences or a cognate field using a 60% average
- in which a 60 percent average has not been achieved appropriate professional experience will be taken into account, especially if it involves substantial written work
- NB: fulfilling minimum requirements does not guarantee an offer of an area
- Entrance into most La Trobe lessons relies on competitive selection and there might be limited places available.
