Juridical Science

The Doctor of Juridical Science is just a study doctorate with a coursework pre requisite. If you've previously completed a Master of Laws by coursework, this course provides the chance to participate in independent research on a topic about one of the institution's fields of research expertise. A central requirement is the completion of a thesis of 55 000 words which produces an important and unique contribution to knowledge within the context of professional practice.

Australian Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with Honours at H1 or H2A degree, or approved international equivalent and at least three years of relevant professional experience. You also need to supply proof substantial research expertise.
