This degree provides students with an extensive grounding in legal clinic and legal skills with a focus on the interaction and impact of human societies over the environment.Students will develop an understanding of environmental economics, environmental ethics, environmental law and governance and the national and worldwide policy context, as they pertain to environmental management. Students are also equipped with the abilities required of an environmental practitioner and also have the opportunity to undertake capstone projects or a market placement.If you finish the five Canadian Law classes, you qualify for entry into the legal profession from Canada's common law states, when accompanied by a Certification of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
