Law (Research)

This program offers postgraduate research supervision on the smaller scale than the PhD, while still providing a pathway into the PhD. It succeeds in the submission of a thesis which demonstrates the ability for critical analysis and research.

• Conclusion of an AQF degree 8 honours level (Class I or II) in a relevant subject
• or a postgraduate qualification in research processes: a postsecondary qualification which included 0.5 semester supervised research with the very least credit score (65 percent ) (or equivalent) and one research techniques subject
• or a mixture of research and qualifications comparable to the aforementioned.
