The Master of Leadership and Management in Education curriculum is centered on exposing students to innovative practice and research from the leadership, management and administration of educational associations. Taught by experienced professionals and active researchers in the area, the application explicitly integrates practice and theory to enable graduates to employ the most recent research to enhance and improve practice within their own contexts.
All candidates need to possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a teacher, educational director or comparable experience and Bachelor Degree at education/teaching or Graduate Certificate in education/teaching or Diploma at education/teaching with a minimum of 10 years teaching.
