Effectively leading a group of people to achieve this is, therefore, the fundamental skill of the business professional. By focusing on managerial and leadership methods and processes, the MBA degree in Leadership develops the innate abilities of each student to apply their own leadership skills to the needs and demands of organizations in an increasingly competitive and global economy.
