- 2-year program: 12 months of core courses, 6 months of specialisations, 6 months of paid internships
- Focused on employability, the program contains an integrated group of courses on career development
- Includes a 6-month paid internship
- For students without previous coursework in Mathematics and Statistics, a ‘Business Bootcamp’ will be required. The classes of the Business Bootcamp will be completed in parallel with the core courses.
- Students are required to earn 120 ECTS credits in order to graduate from the program (126 ECTS credits for students who need to take the Business Bootcamp).
- Classes are taking place in a 3 Day Study Model allowing part time employment.

If a Student wants to do another specialization that the ones offered at LSB, he/she can go abroad during the specialization period (semester 3) and choose courses from the relevant field of study: Business Administration and Management that were not previously taken at LSB.

The Master in Management is designed for young graduates from different backgrounds who want to gain an advanced understanding of business in order to be desirable job candidates in the corporate world, government institutions, NGO’s and consulting.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong capacity to operate in a fast-changing international context.
The Master in Management Admissions Team is looking for self-driven young university graduates with strong academic records and work ethics.
Admissions Requirements
Full details about entry requirements and the application process for the Master in Management, is available on the School Website. LSB welcomes applications from international students. To apply for the Master in Management programme, you will need to show:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised college or university with a minimum of 180 ECTS in any field of study.*

*If you do not have previous coursework in statistics, mathematics, and research methods, you will be required to complete these courses during the first year of the programme.
*If the Admissions Committee is unable to verify your academic transcripts or diploma, LSB may request that you obtain recognition of your diploma from the Ministry of Higher Education of Luxembourg.
- Fluency in English
- If you have worked in an English-speaking environment for at least 2 years, a recommendation letter from your superior is sufficient.
- If you are a native English speaker or have received a university degree exclusively taught in English, no further proof of English proficiency is required.
- If you are not a native English speaker, you must provide a TOEFL score of at least 550 (paper-based) or 85 (internet-based) or an IELTS score of at least 6.5 (B2 level).

Admission process
1. Complete the online application form.
2. Upload supporting documentation. Documents can be in English, French, German, Luxembourgish, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. These include:
- Current CV
- A one-page essay about your career plan and motivation to complete the Master in Management
- Letter of recommendation (academic or professional)
- Undergraduate transcripts and/or grades (certified copies)*
- Proof of English proficiency
3. Pay the application fee of EUR 100.
4. Interview: Pre-selected candidates will be invited for an in person or video interview with the Admissions Committee of the programme. You will be encouraged to discuss your background, motivation, and career plans during this interview.
5. Decision: The Admissions Committee makes the final decision for admission. You will be informed of the outcome by email.
*If the Admissions Committee is not able to ascertain the academic transcripts or diploma of the candidate, LSB reserves the right to ask this candidate for a Recognition of Diploma delivered by the Ministry of Higher Education of Luxembourg.

Fees
- For students who do not need a Visa or Authorisation to Stay in Luxembourg: EUR 12,500 per year, totalling EUR 25,000 for the two-year programme.
- For students who need a Visa or Authorisation to Stay in Luxembourg: EUR 14,500 per year, totalling EUR 29,000 for the two-year programme.
Scholarships
Financial barriers should never hinder your learning or career journey. That’s why LSB offers a range of scholarships and financing options to empower students to achieve your goals.
- Luxembourg State Scholarships: The Luxembourg State offers scholarships and student loans for higher education. Various scholarships are available, including base scholarships, social scholarships, family scholarships, mobility scholarships, and reimbursement of registration fees. These scholarships can be combined.
- LSB Scholarship: Luxembourg School of Business offers a limited number of scholarships covering 5% to 50% of the tuition fees. Scholarship criteria are based on academic record, references, letter of motivation, and financial need.
- Discounts: Candidates who enrol before the First Deadline receive a 5% discount, and candidates who pay the full tuition in one instalment receive a 10% discount. These discounts are not cumulative.
