It is an exciting time to study tourism planning and development. Our current society is dominated by the service sector of the economy and tourism constitutes one of the largest subsectors. Tourism is regarded as a key driver for economic progress for its power to generate jobs and income. The Master programme is unique in its integration of leisure and tourism. The entirely English-spoken programme uses a holistic, interdisciplinary approach.

  1. werkervaring (ISPAC: vereiste werkervaring) Werkervaring in gerelateerde beroepen is niet vereist, maar wordt wel aangeraden.
  2. werkervaring (ISPAC: vereiste werkervaring) Minimum 1 year work experience in a leisure & tourism related sector, above operational level.
  3. vooropleiding (ISPAC: vereiste vooropleiding) Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Studies or Service Management. Students with other Bachelor's degrees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
