Medical Science

Providing a focused research on the connections between biological and chemical science, in addition to key areas in medical engineering, students with the class eventually become proficient and experienced in medical science lab skills, specifically those used in research labs. Students will: Gain a breadth of medical lab expertise; become adept in the lab environment; nurture a foundation in biological and chemical sciences and their interaction; and become equipped with the relevant skills required to operate in a regional lab environment or as a specialist in a particular field.

Admission to the program is based on an entrance position. A position can be achieved by a year 1 2 ATAR, additional Australian qualification, work experience, or an overseas qualification.
