This system gives graduate physiotherapists an opportunity to create higher level clinical and technical abilities in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Graduates of the Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy may apply for the title of APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). Membership and titling may be susceptible to additional or ongoing requirements beyond completion of their education. Please contact the appropriate body for details.

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with a minimum B-grade course weighted average mean
  • At least 2 years clinical experience in the Psychological field
  • Complete current Australian physiotherapy registration NB: prep minimal prerequisites does not guarantee an offer of an area
  • Entry in to most La Trobe classes relies on competitive selection and there can be limited places available.
