The Master of Music enables professional and aspiring professional musicians to expand and enhance their knowledge, skills and applicative abilities in quest for higher level musical capabilities, professional understandings, and research outcomes. The over all purpose of the Master of Music will be always to deepen students' music along with music-related expertise, skills and applicative abilities in their own arenas of music focus, while procuring students' grasp of intellectual paradigms and research techniques critical to studies in music. The program exerts increasing knowledge of diverse musical contexts, traditions and works. Students have access to a wide range of performance opportunities including soloists and members of large and tiny ensembles; and also to salient musical, educational, and technical resources. Music studies are ardently supported by disciplinary and cross-disciplinary performance-based research opportunities and, in such a context, operation, research and professional development both potentially and actually boost each other at the groundwork of musical artists, scholars, educators, and leaders.
