This qualification reflects the use of actors working or aspiring to work in musical theatre and cabaret productions. At this level people are predicted to employ theory and creative skills in a range of situations and to display determination and initiative in planning activities. They've autonomy in performing complex technical operations and also will be responsible for planning, organizing and assessing the work of the others within comprehensive but broadly speaking well-defined parameters.
