Nurses have always been compassionate, knowledgeable leaders. Health care today is different than it has been in decades past, but today's nurses continue to be advocates for their clients and for the social systems that support them. The Ryerson, Centennial, George Brown Collaborative Nursing degree program reflects those changes, and like the people we serve, continues to evolve. The program will help you learn how to keep on growing on a personal level, while building your professional career as a registered nurse.Your courses will emphasize self-awareness, communication skills, technologies, and the ability to form collaborative relationships with your clients. You'll develop your knowledge through traditional large-group lectures, simulations, problem-based learning, and small-group study. You'll also do a clinical placement every year, to help develop your skills and knowledge in both traditional and community health care settings.

Field of study: Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN, ASN, BSN, MSN)
