This qualification reflects the role of enrolled nurses with advanced skills who are employed in a specialised field of nursing practice. Only at that level, registered nurses incorporate and adapt specialised, technical and theoretical knowledge to address a diverse assortment of clinical scenarios and struggles within their field of specialisation. They contribute to the continuous advancement of clinical practice utilizing research and involvement in wider organisational quality processes. Enrolled nurses maintain responsibility for his or her actions while staying accountable to the Registered Nurse/Midwife for several assigned functions.Note the range of practice for this work role is determined by property and state legislative requirements and the policies and procedures of the applying organisation. Clients with the eligibility must refer to all the instruments in the development of evaluation and training strategies.
