Organisational Change Management

The program is made specifically for change professionals to explore and eventually be a reflective change leader that is able to drive change utilizing creative and innovative thinking. The program intends to give students with the opportunity to seriously appraise and reflect on their comprehension of leadership and change and to build and strengthen the capabilities required of a change professional by questioning, reflecting, learning and embracing new methods of thinking about change management. This course is made with industry professionals to meet with the eligibility gap and can be run in cooperation with industry professionals who will teach on the app. The Program is designed as a pathway to entrance to Graduate Degree in OCM and Master of Change, Innovation and Leadership. But, students may choose the Graduate Certificate in OCM as a standalone class.

• Relevant Bachelors/Honours Level
• And/or professional experience
• IELTS overall score of 6.5 and no individual band score less than 6 or Less More equivalent
