This qualification reflects the function of those who have professional level specialised, theoretical and technical skills to plan, perform and appraise photo imaging services.Practice as of this level is underpinned by application of design theory and the ability to critically analyse and synthesise information from a range of sources. Practitioners can work in a range of industry contexts, for example commercial, domestic portrait, media, wedding, illustrative, institutional and art pictures. Licensing/Regulatory Information No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this eligibility during the time of publication.
To put in this qualification, individuals should have the conceptual, technical and organisational capabilities to use of a range of professional digital or film accessories and cameras to make a folio of photo imaging work that demonstrates that the ability to respond efficiently to different photo imaging challenges and requirements. Skills and knowledge may have been acquired through experience, or through formal analysis.
