Pre-Social Work

Social work is a profession concerned with helping individuals, families, groups, and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. Social workers are primarily employed in health service agencies and government administration. Hospitals and the education system offer other employment opportunities.Our campus is located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, and a great location for studying, volunteering, research, and entertainment. The University of Winnipeg is known for its social consciousness, active participation in the downtown community, and global perspective.
