The one-year programme distinguishes itself by the fact that the teaching is not restricted to the functioning of psychological processes. Within a scientist-practitioner model insights are always connected to their behavioural consequences and intervention issues. In this way you do not only develop your knowledge of psychology as a science, you also learn to apply this knowledge in order to understand practical problems and to develop effective interventions for dealing with them.
