The programme is uniquely represents an integration between Islamic studies and contemporary knowledge. The programmes aim to produce skillful graduates who possess an integrated knowledge to meet the needs of society today and develop high quality research on Falak field for the purpose of upgrading the knowledge and interests of the community.
Students must complete a total of 127 credit in order to be awarded the Bachelor in Shariah (Islamic Astronomy). Duration of programme is 7semesters, which is equal to three and half years. Students must take and pass all courses / subjects prescribed as: University Compulsory Courses: 23 credit
Academy Core Courses: 11 credit Programme Core and
Elective Courses: 93 credit
Foundation for Islamic Studies, Nilam Puri, Kelantan; or
Malaysian Higher Islamic Religious Certificate (STAM); or
Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM); or
Diploma in the related field of studies
