This class provides a broad education program framework for English as an additional language (EAL) literacy and language education primarily geared to recently arrived migrants and refugees who should develop language skills to participate in a range of community contexts. The Certificate also contains optional numeracy modules for both all anyone EAL students who may also should develop numeracy abilities and maybe not only become familiar with the English of math. It's acceptable as an intermediate route for students that have developed a survival level of English, literacy or numeracy competencies and who have had some formal or informal exposure to English.
