Spoken and Written English for Further Study

This course focuses on the evolution of written and spoken language skills required to keep on by vocational or higher education studies. It develops the skills of students to take part in a selection of further study contexts. The course takes an integrated solution, linking listening, speaking, writing and reading skills. It offers students the opportunity to clinic study skills like preparation and drafting essays, engaging in tutorial discussions, giving oral presentations, listening to lectures and reading a range of academic texts in preparation for additional education courses in English.
