Sport, Exercise Science and Psychological Science

The very first year of the joint application provides a base in both science and sport/exercise sciencefiction. Students undertake a core application in sport and exercise science and research mathematical electives in sciencefiction. The psychology options provide chances to add study of cultural proficiency and Indigenous and anthropological viewpoints of Australian peoples. These culturally enriched studies comprise, by way of example, intercultural psychology, and forensic, social, counselling and personality psychology, and also are designed to build students' commitment to understanding, agility and diversity. In addition to academic studies, students complete 140 hours of practical positioning to develop their professional and personal skills within a range of settings. With yet another year of licensed study, pupils are eligible for provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

• Year 12 or equivalent
• English (Units 3/4,C), general maths, mathematical methods or specialist maths (Units 3/4,C)
• Recommended: any one of economics, chemistry, physics, and health, psychology or physical education (Units 3/4,C). Students must also meet prerequisites for positioning: immunisation
• Current Provide Medical Certificate
• Suitability to Work with Children Card (Blue Card)
• Australian Federal Police check.
