The growing interest among business managers and academics to supply chains, the emergence of high level service markets, connected information systems including tumultuous technologies, cloud computing and data analytics, new management techniques and approaches, and the pressure of global competition, has set a premium on people who have a wide understanding of how to organize and manage complex enterprise operations and related processes. Further, in the current volatile setting, hazard and sophistication in supply chains are major problems faced by industry that motivates businesses to engender an even more organic capability to manage unexpected disruptions. The Master of Strategic Supply Chain Management is made for people who wish to acquire substantial insight and skills in these spots. The course is intended to cater to the needs of the utilized in all sectors of business, and who seek advanced understanding of supply chain networks, procurement strategies, logistics and operations management. The course provides professionals using high level value chain management abilities and the knowledge to better their understanding of the character, context and participation of their operations management, supply chain management, procurement and logistics purposes at a professional stage. Career options include positions in operations management, service operations management, supply chain management, hazard and sophistication management and strategic procurement.

  • Applicants should have completed an UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which shows potential to pursue graduate studies. If the preceding qualification isn't in a connected discipline, applicants take at least two years' relevant work experience. Applicants using a relevant graduate certification needs to have done it together with no less than a credit average. The English competency requirement for international students or regional applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
