The Guru of Strength and Conditioning allows one to acquire the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to work as a strength and conditioning trainer in a high operation setting. This app is designed to help graduates acquire the necessary accreditation required to work with athletes that strive to find optimal sports performance. Through tutorials and practical sessions, you are going to find out how to design and mentor tester apps for a variety of team and individual athletic applications. You will learn how to develop and track training programs to satisfy the demands of their athlete across a variety of contexts. This tagging program will induce you to conduct tests of determinant physiological qualities such as power, strength, speed, endurance and agility. The areas covered in the Master of Strength and Conditioning include retrieval, nutrition, injury prevention and rehab. Additionally, you will gain a knowledge of the research process and also have the opportunity to conduct applied research in the field. You will also undertake practical placements in the sports industry to gain experience dealing with coaches and athletes.

A bachelor level (or higher) in exercise science, sport science, human movement, physical education or physiotherapy and at least one class in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, motor learning/skill acquisition, psychology, and training prescription.
