This system provides a two-year analysis of basic theology, the Bible, and church ministry for those who would like to serve as educated and proficient lay persons within a community congregation. It intends to present students with a flexible program, a selection of components, and fieldwork, where students have been placed and mentored in a neighborhood church.

- Dealing Together with Children Check
- Signed Acceptance of This Code of Professional Ethics for Avondale Seminary
- AdSafe Certification of Conclusion for Safer Churches Training
