The class offers a post graduate qualification which will equip pupils for a range of jobs within the rapidly growing tourism and events industries. The class will attract those that wish to build on their credentials and experience to transition into tourism related employment through the conclusion of four specialised tourism direction units that concentrate on addressing contemporary challenges and issues faced by destinations globally. Embedded inside an established suite of business programs, for example Victoria University's globally awarded MBA, the Graduate Certificate of Tourism and Destination prepares graduates to professionally participate with contemporary and emerging industry issues within the visitor market as well as the chance to carry on further study of this Graduate Diploma or Master of Tourism and Destination Management. In completing this class, students may have attained specific insight into event and tourism policy development, attained professional networks and be able to become prospective tourism industry leaders.
