Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects the functions of an individual delivering assessment and training services at the postsecondary education and training (VET) sector. This qualification (or the skillsets derived from units of competency inside ) can also be suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, like a component of a structured VET program.The volume of learning of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an average of six weeks to 2 years.Licensing/ / Regulatory Information Achievement of the qualification by trainers is a dependence on the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering this program must be able to demonstrate vocational competency in their suggested instruction and appraising field. Vocational competency is defined as extensive industry knowledge and experience, and may comprise, but is not limited to, holding a useful unit of competence or qualification.
