This qualification refers to the skills and knowledge required to do upholstery, including dismantling and reassembling furniture; selectingcutting, sewing and matching fabric and leather upholstery fabrics; and producing covers. There is an expert stream in production upholstery.Specialisation is possible in this qualification depending on the electives chosen. Even a specialisation can be identified on the testamur where at the least 2 (2) Group A elective units of competency have been performed in production upholstery.Where the manufacturing upholstery specialisation is achieved, RTOs should determine this the following:MSF30713 Certificate III in Upholstery(specialising in Generation )you will find no particular licences that relate solely to the qualification. Yet, depending on the authority, regulatory or licensing conditions could apply to using several components in this qualification. Local regulations should be checked for details.
