This program builds on the renowned Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing program. Students will study the craft and art of writing and editing across genres, print and digital production, job management, promotion strategies for authors and publishers. Students may also create a nuanced knowledge of and undertake research in writing and publishing civilization in both an Australian and a global circumstance.

The Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing has been supported by the Society of Editors (Victoria) and Licensed by the Australian Publishers Association. This new program is currently in the process of certification with the Australian Publishing Association.

  • Successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) having a minimum GPA of 2.5 (out of 4.0)
  • Or At least 3 years professional experience in the technical and creative writing, journalism, professional communication, public relations or editing and publishing field.
