Performing Arts

Primarily directed toward high tech professionals from a wide cross section of the arts community who wish to expand their individual capability to operate within an increasingly multi-art kind and technologically-based profession.Students might be required to investigate, invent and produce new works of art, or develop new approaches to arts training and/or its own critical and social contexts and significance (depending on the particular research project involved ). It is expected that such arts clinic is going to be considered a contemporary expression contributing towards new insights into the selected field of analysis. The work will probably likely be exploratory, frequently based around emerging methods of arts research, contributing usually to your performance, demonstration, exhibition or book of significance.Specifically, the path aims to generate opportunities for innovation and creativity in the arts; make utilize of the tools of this Academy to make leadership opportunities for those that are able to provide the arts informed direction, and recognizable and marketable skills, to advance the Australian cultural environment in the second decade; provide opportunities for people in diverse ethnic and creative arts backgrounds to synthesise disparate artistic expertise to generate creative and innovative consequences to its arts industry; and build upon and expand the traditions and traditions of the student's earlier training to produce new awareness for the arts.

University admission requirements apply. All applicants are required to go to an audition. The offender is requested to undertake an audition (all performance and directing) and/or interview (composition, musicology and other kinds of historic study) for the staff in the relevant area. Advice on this requirement will be available from the area head on application.
