This qualification reflects the use of an individual in accounting and seeking professional recognition, for example tax representatives, accounts managers and business analysts; and to employees performing a range of accounts management tasks for businesses in a range of businesses. At this level folks are required to employ technical and theoretical skills in a range of situations and to display initiative and judgement in preparation activities. They've autonomy in performing complex operations and certainly will be accountable for planning, organizing and assessing the work of the others within comprehensive but broadly speaking well defined parameters.Licensing/Regulatory InformationWork functions from the occupational areas at which this eligibility may be properly used are subject to regulatory requirements. Check with the FNS Financial Services Training Package Companion Volume Implementation Guide or the appropriate ruler for certain assistance with requirements.This eligibility includes units that comprise an approved Tax Practitioner Board (TPB) course in Australian taxation law and commercial law, which might be relevant for enrollment as a tax agent. Persons seeking registration with the TPB should assess current enrollment requirements with the TPB, as enrollment requirements are assessed regularly.
