This program provides registered nurses with the knowledge and techniques for an expert role as a complex nurse in graduate certificate level. The class offers two subject elective choices to enable students to tailor their analysis to their area of specialty or their role. Students develop graduate attributes like leadership, critical thinking, responsibility, communicationand professional qualities suited to their role as well as Indigenous cultural esteem. All these features are all developed with key external stakeholders, industry consultants, medical care spouses, companies and clinicians.
