The Master Online Study Programme Advanced Oncology is geared towards graduates in human medicine (experience of at least one year in the field of oncology is required) or natural sciences (experience of at least two years in the field of oncology is required).
The study programme is subdivided into four semesters, two summer schools and the Master's thesis.

Split-Role Tutoring SupportThe split-role tutoring support concept applied to the study programme was developed specifically for students who are already strongly engaged in their professional life. It will support you in integrating the study workload into your everyday working life from the beginning. For this purpose, individual contact persons will be at your disposal to answer technical, organisational and professional questions.
A small study group of 20 participants from various countries guarantees an exclusive learning environment with very individual assistance. We will be able to consider each participant's individual demands and on-site circumstances to a great extent.

Accommodation
Attendance seminars of the study programme will be held at the Science Conference Center "Schloss Reisensburg" of Ulm University, near the town of Günzburg, which is located about 40 km east of Ulm. The picturesque castle "Schloss Reisensburg", dating back to the 14th century and now owned by Ulm University, is situated on a hill close to the Danube River, providing high-quality accommodation and conference facilities for seminar guests of Ulm University.The 45 single rooms, five double rooms and one apartment are all equipped in a convenient yet modern style with a large working desk, direct-dial telephone, high-speed internet with cable connection, and individual sanitary facilities. There are "sitting corners" furnished with minibars located between the guest rooms. These act as niches to foster personal discussions and communication between seminar participants.
The Science Conference Center has its own first-class catering service. Breakfast buffet, coffee breaks, a two-course lunch and dinner are served in coordination with the scientific programme of the seminar.
For after-hour communication, there is a nicely furnished "Gothic Bar" in the oldest part of the main castle building, where guests may relax after a hard day's work.
The Science Conference Center "Schloss Reisensburg" is not open to the public. Participants may enjoy the privacy of a historic site.
