Ageing Support

This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised actions and functions from aged services; either in residential, home or community based surroundings. Workers will need responsibility for his or her outputs within specified business guidelines and maintain excellent service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.Workers could be asked to establish leadership and possess limited responsibility for the organisation and the quantity and quality of sparks of the others within limited parameters.To accomplish that qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of their units of competency.No law, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements affect the eligibility during publication.
