This qualification reflects the use of workers who are responsible for the management and day to day business operations of an agricultural or horticultural production enterprise.At this level, workers may be asked to supervise and lead other teams or workers and participate with some decision-making. Work may happen in a range of industry sectors and in complex, frequently shifting environments.No certification, mediation or legislative requirements apply to the eligibility during publication.
