Students will learn with and be mentored by industry pros in a supportive environment which encourages them to achieve a mixture of high level musicianship, orchestration, song writing, scoring, business acumen and imagination, so they grad ready to flourish. This mix of industry and education is reflected within our teachers who, as well as teaching, now act as music professionals at the top of their fields. Composition students work closely with the music business, production and performance students to make cross-discipline projects within an exciting and talent-rich atmosphere. Additionally they work on real film and match projects by students from Deakin and Swinburne Universities. This means projects are already under way and gaining traction when students graduate. This Program is Licensed by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) and the qualification Is Closely Matched with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level 7 and Box Hill Institute Graduate Attributes.
