Applied Science — Construction Management

This course is structured in a format which relates specifically into the career aspirations of students wishing to work as project managers, quantity surveyors, construction managers, estimators, and contract administrators. This course prepares students for a livelihood in building, construction and associated industries. Students may be invited to undertake the honours program in the final year of this course.

Candidates will be eligible for corporate membership into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Board of Quality Surveyors Malaysia after fulfilling experience requirements. Accreditation for corporate membership of the Australian Institute of Quality Surveyors is being sought. The professional bodies also have provisions for student registration and pupils are counseled to benefit from such opportunities.
