Applied Sport Science

This industry-leading degree prepares one to the complete spectral range of challenges faced by sport scientists and high-performance managers working in all stages of sport, from local to elite degree. You will graduate with 220 hours of professional practice, or with the expertise and skills to pursue entry into a PhD. During our ventures along with your placements, you are going to build high level networks and skills that offered the door to older roles. We've got a community of over 150 industry connections, including Netball Australia, Geelong Football Club, Deakin Melbourne Boomers, Cricket Victoria, Swimming Australia, Tennis Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport. This gives our sport science students a significant advantage. It means that what that you study is closely related to their condition of the business. It also gives you the chance to learn along side established professionals, building relationships that shape your livelihood.

To become an Accredited Sport Scientist (ASpS) with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA), graduates need to be in a position to satisfy the ESSA ASpS requirements.

Entry will be determined by operation in Bachelor Degree or higher in a related discipline or Bachelor Degree or higher in any area AND couple of years relevant work experience or signs of academic capability judged to be equivalent.
