This program follows from the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) and is intended to provide students with the educational eligibility component that creates a portion of the requirements for registration as architects and also for registration of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
This course is recognised by the Architects' boards in most states and territories of Australia as the academic part of criteria for establishing eligibility to become enrolled as an architect in the individual nation or territory. Along with the degree, completion of approved post graduate practical experience and the departure of Architects Accreditation Council of Australia architectural clinic examinations are required for enrollment. This course is also recognised by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects such as membership, and the Commonwealth Association of Architects.
