Specifically this program provides students with complex studies in Physical Engineering. As a Mechanical Engineer students will apply the fundamentals of mechanical and physics technologies into the design and construction of a variety of mechanical apparatus. They are going to be involved in all aspects of design specifications, creation, research, investigation, manufacture, installation, testing, performance, maintenance and control of both systems and machines. This will include, but not be restricted to, mechanical and mechatronic systems, automated systems and robotic apparatus, heat transport procedures, thermodynamic and combustion systems; and fluid and renewable energy systems. With a huge selection of career opportunities a mechanical engineer will quickly find work any place in the world. Previous graduates have found employment with technology businesses large and small, both indoors and throughout Australia.
